Shipping

We currently ship to Europe, Switzerland and Turkey.

Shipping fees are fixed and added at checkout.

Orders are shipped from Switzerland via Swiss Post.

Estimated delivery times: 5–15 business days, depending on the destination.

Customs duties or local taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Payment

Payments are accepted by credit card only, through our verified partner Stripe.

All transactions are processed securely.

Returns & Refunds

All sales of our bundles are final.

No returns or refunds are accepted.

If a return is made without prior approval, shipping costs remain at the customer’s expense.

Taxes & Duties

Our company is based in Switzerland and Swiss VAT is applied to Swiss customers only.

Customers outside Switzerland may be required to pay local VAT, import duties, or handling fees upon receipt of their order. These costs are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Data Privacy

Customer data is used solely for order processing and communication related to the purchase.
